Introduction / Specification :
Metal Drawing Oil 15 is manufactured from highly refined base stocks and specially selected additives to impart high wetting and excellent EP properties with good metal deactivation, anti-rust and anti-wear properties. This product has excellent load carrying ability which is encountered in metal drawing and is capable of stopping any wire leakage even with high speed drawing.
Application / Composition :
Metal Drawing Oil 15 is suitable for metal wire drawing operation of ferrous and other alloys of ferrous even with high speed.

Introduction / Specification :
Drawing lubricants is an invert emulsion that thickens while water is added. The viscosity changes from thin to thick which makes it an ideal drawing lubricants. Drawing lubricants / Deep draw Oil product was approved by General Motors in 1979. Metal Mates 123 Drawing Lubricants is easily cleaned and is weldable. This emulsifiable product was approved by GM and lent itself to cleaner parts, dies and improved housekeeping. Drawing Lubricants product contains no chlorine, pigments, or waxes.
Grades EASTTO METAL DRAWING OIL 15, 15AL, 44
Introduction / Specification :
EASTTO METAL DRAWING OIL 15 is premium grade high performance metal drawing oil which contains synthetic additives to improve lubricating film strength and provides outstanding extreme pressure and anti-wear properties. It is developed for the metal drawing process which includes operations like Pressing, Stamping, Deep Drawing and Tube Drawing.
Application / Composition :
It is recommended is recommended for ferrous and non ferrous metals. It is suitable for the all types of wire drawing and deep drawing operations and also used for all application devices such as spraying or rolling.

EASTTO METAL DRAWING 15AL
Introduction / Specification :
It is Aluminium wire drawing lubricants formulated with non staining extreme pressure and synthetic lubricity additives. It provides an excellent lubricity, high cooling ability and easy separation of fines. Due to its lubricity effectiveness, amount of heat formation from friction decreases significantly. Mechanical properties of the manufactured wire meet the proposed requirements by using this oil. At proper drawing efficiency it makes wire surface homogeneous, bright and free of scratches. This is neat oil for drawing of pure aluminium and its alloys.

It is recommended for wire drawing of Aluminium and its alloys.

EASTTO METAL DRAWING 44
Introduction / Specification :
It is water soluble paste formulated for the wet drawing of all grades of steel wire. The unique combination of fatty acids, vegetable oil and a non-corrosive, extreme pressure additive produces a solution that exhibits the cleanliness and stability associated with synthetics, while affording the slip and lubrication properties generated by natural soaps. EASTTO METAL DRAWING 44 dissolved in water at rates ranging from 4 to 10% to carry out severe wire drawing operations.
Application / Composition :
It is mainly used for drawing of steel wires. This product can also be used for wet drawing of iron, galvanized steel wires, staple wire and copper plated wire.
