Introduction / Specification :

Neat Cutting Oil 137 is staining type neat cutting oils manufactured from highly refined virgin base stocks of medium viscosity and fatty oils for improved wetting characteristics to impart good heat dissipation characteristics, and also with active sulphur and chlorinated additive to impart EP properties. Its light colour provides good visibility of machining operations.

Application / Composition :

Neat Cutting Oil 137 is recommended for heavy duty applications like gear hobbing, thread cutting, less severe machining operations on high tensile steel, stainless steel and some alloys.

Neat Cutting Oil 611 has minimum tendency of mist forming and increases the life of filter due to low tendency of sludge formation.

Application / Composition :

Neat Cutting Oil 611 is recommended for deep hole boring and drilling including gun drilling operations where easy swarf removal and effective cooling at the cutting point are required. Neat Cutting Oil 611 is not recommended for use on non-ferrous metals.
