Rubber Extender Oil Light, Medium and Heavy are high aromatic
type oil and produced during the solvent extraction for the production of lubricating base oil
at the Refinery. These are dark coloured oil and have good solvency for which they are
compatible with most of the rubber polymers.
Application of Rubber Extender Oil:
Rubber Extender Oil Light, Medium and Heavy, are used in the
manufacture of automobile tyres, thread rubber, belting, battery cases, rubber bushes and
other dark coloured rubber goods etc. where colour is not an important factor.
Performance Level of Rubber Extender Oil: Rubber Extender Oil Light, Medium and Heavy are ASTM
101 Type oil.
